Grounded in Light

A monthly ritual for reflection, meditation and coming home to yourself.

Look within. Soften. Ground. Expand.

Grounded in Light is a gentle monthly experience created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for what is quietly asking for your attention.

Each month brings together original intuitive artwork, guided reflection, journaling prompts, meditation and simple grounding practices around a new theme.

There is nothing you need to achieve.

Nothing you need to become.

Just an invitation to pause, listen inward and reconnect with the part of you that can sometimes become difficult to hear beneath the noise of everyday life.

The first Grounded in Light experience arrives in December.

Be the first to know when founding memberships open in November.

A little space to return to yourself

Life can become very full.

There are always things that need our attention, decisions waiting to be made, people to care for and an endless stream of information asking us to look outward. Grounded in Light is an invitation to turn your attention inward for a little while.

Not to escape your life, but to meet it differently.

Each month offers a quiet place to pause and notice:

What am I feeling?
What am I carrying?
What is asking to be released?
What wants more of my attention?
And what might be ready to grow?

You can move through the experience slowly, return to it throughout the month or simply take the pieces that feel meaningful to you.

There is no right way to do it.

What you'll receive each month

Every Grounded in Light experience will centre around a new theme designed to encourage reflection, grounding and gentle personal growth.

Original intuitive artwork

A new piece of channeled artwork created around the month's theme. The artwork incorporates intuitive symbols and what I call light language — visual forms that are created intuitively rather than intellectually.

You do not need to understand light language, believe anything particular about it or interpret the symbols in a certain way.

You can simply experience the artwork as art.
Notice what you feel.
Notice what catches your attention.
Notice what it brings forward.

A channeled monthly message

A written reflection exploring the theme of the month and the ideas that emerged while creating the artwork.

Think of it less as something telling you what will happen and more as something inviting you to notice what may already be unfolding within you.

Guided reflection and journaling prompts

Thoughtful questions to help you explore the month's theme in your own way.

Some months you may write pages. Other months one question might stay with you for several days.

Both are enough.

A meditation or grounding practice

A short guided meditation, visualization or contemplative practice to help you settle into the experience.

These practices are intentionally approachable. You do not need to be experienced with meditation or have a regular spiritual practice to participate.

Something to carry into the month

Each experience will include a small practice, intention or invitation that you can return to throughout the month. A reminder to bring what you discovered during your reflection back into ordinary life. Because grounding isn't about stepping away from who you are.

It's about learning how to ground your energy without dimming your light.

Look within. Soften. Ground. Expand.

These four ideas sit at the heart of Grounded in Light.

Look within

Create enough quiet to hear yourself again. Notice what is present without immediately trying to change it.

Soften

Release some of the pressure to have everything figured out. Meet yourself with curiosity rather than judgment.

Ground

Come back to your body, your surroundings and the life happening around you right now. Find steadiness without making yourself smaller.

Expand

Give yourself permission to imagine what else might be possible. Not through force or constant striving, but by making room for what wants to emerge.

You don't need to consider yourself spiritual

Grounded in Light grew from my intuitive and spiritual work, but you do not need any particular belief system to experience it.

You may come because you love meditation.

You may enjoy journaling and self-reflection.

You may feel drawn to intuitive artwork.

You may simply be looking for a quieter monthly self-care ritual.

Or you may already have a deeply spiritual practice.

There is room for all of those experiences here.

My hope is that Grounded in Light becomes something you look forward to each month — a small threshold between what has been and what is beginning.
